We personally guaranty the authenticity and quality of the objects we offer on this web site. We strive to provide full disclosure of each item's condition including any flaws or imperfections.

All price quotations exclude shipping and insurance costs. Transporting costs are the responsibility of the buyer. CA residents, please add applicable 8.25% sales tax or please send us a resale card.

L.A. Moderne gladly welcomes accredited interior designers. For pricing to the trade, please mail or e-mail us a valid signed resale card. This will be kept on file for repeat customers.

We accept checks and money orders for payment. We now accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

All sales are final. Returns gladly accepted for any material misrepresentations or omissions by L.A. Moderne. All returns must be requested within 72 hours of receipt of item. All returns must be pre-approved by L.A. Moderne in writing prior to shipment by buyer. Claims are limited to the purchase price.

All merchandise are professionally prepared for shipment and sent insured for full value to the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to submit all claims for damage in transit with the insurer. Buyer's preference for shipping agent will be honored, whenever possible.
